Hot Rods what is this glass?

My family has owned a small gas station since 1955 and ever since my dad started working there in 1973 this gl*** had sat up on the shelf, even survived a couple earth quakes. my grandpa can't remember what it's from but he swears is the original gl***. Can anybody help me out?

 

Wash it and down in one corner will be a manufacturers number or logo. It kind of looks like a rear gl*** upside down.

 

kinda looks like 1961-62 GM windshield. but it's hard to be sure.
