I put in the back up engine since my new one is stilL MIA,and time for Detroit nears so close, I can not wait on it and expect to make it.So I put in my 392 out of my Henry J, its real mild and hope it will be easy to get running. I plan to fire it with the intake in the pic and once she is running again I will put on the 6x2 and play with that...This engine is not even close to the new one that is being machined but will get it running for the autorama.....Just waiting on the boys today to come over and help put the body back on today.................Littleman
Excellent progress. Can't wait till I see it in person at Cobo. What are you using for a waterpump? I am planning for the same rear mount rad setup.
I would hate to see your plumbing bill! Yikes thats a lot of braid!!! Looks nice. Detroit is gonna rock!!
Whats your timing cover? Are the motor mounts cast to it? Looks like a boat mount. Very cool! My 354 is getting closer to running but I still need more $ for parts.
That is twice now you have not called and said you needed help put the body back on....and after all the high grade porn I send you you'd think you'd let me look at some of your "garage porn". Looks good, makes me wonder what it looks like in real life????
You should just take the rolling chassie to Detroit, and make everyone come back next year to see the compleated car. Fantastic work.
I have to agree...there is a whole mess of detail that will be missed when you put the body on it...really nice!
Hey!! All that braided hose aint traditional ...is it?? LOL Just yankin your chain!! It all looks SO killer!!! I love it!
littleman, Where are you in Ohio?? I'm not going to make Detroit this year and would like to catch up sometime and meet you and better yet see Deaths doorstop.
Littleman, that is quite wicked. Is the front of the frame tapered or just an illusion because the holes are getting smaller toward the front? Your attension to detail is very impressive. But I won't suggest a color for the RED PRIMERED body.
where can i see some pics of how the radiator is mounted and how/what type of pump is used. world class work!!
I was J/K but I did not know it was used that far back..hell I didnt even know that it was made then.
It was used in WWII. AN stands for Army Navy. Here is the inly pic I had. It is a B25. No flex line, but you get the idea. Sweet car Littleman
