came across this video about texas racer Vance Hunt. did a hamb search and found a lot about him. thought some might like it too. the link I posted is the first of two videos. the first is about a truck vance owned and used as push truck.part 2 is with Vance.
Vance was a supervisor at the local GM plant. He was the same old nice guy there also. Very much respected.
The punk doing the interview was disrespectful and sucked. Some good information but some of the cars were late 60's.
No disrespect to Bobby Brown BUT he is mistaken on some of his info...Caddo Mills is unchanged from the drag racing days,,just a few more weeds...NO HOUSES

He probably mistook it for Green Valley Raceway, which was on the north side of Fort Worth and is now a subdivision.
Vance is a super nice person. He was my sometimes back up guy a few years ago when I ran with the Outlaw Fuel Altereds.
Vance was all ways willing to help the Johnson Bros and Nicholson AA/FA in the late 60's. A true drag racer/car guy
