Dave – sorry to hear about your deal going south. It does happen here more than most folks know. I figure if there’s stand up guy - the word gets around. If he’s a bit shady - that word gets around too.

 

it has happened to me so many times(not here) that i'm overly cautious.

it's gotten to where i won't buy anything that i can't drive to pick up.

even with digital cameras & puters they still scam you. lookit all the stuff advertised by folks who just hijacked a picture.



but in the end it's like the old man said. "boy, if it cost you a hunnert dollars not to BE that ***hole it's worth it." think about it...mel

 

Just checked my Texas map, Buna is about 175 miles east of me, about 25 miles NE of Beaumont, near the Louisiana border.

Thats kinda out of my area, maybe someone closer can check into this for Dave. Dave is too nice a guy for us to let this guy steal $1000 from him.

Anyone in the area could contact Dave and get this guys info & pay him a visit see whats going on?
