Std Ford filter is PH-8A (Wix # is 51515), Std Mopar PH-43 is an inch or so shorter, still shorter is the PH-16 used on Crown Vic 351W with the oil cooler as mentioned above. The is a Wix that's about 2" long for real tight spots, have to look @ home for #. I use Wix, but Fram numbers are easier to remember.
You can also use the small filter off an 80s caravan I think the fram # is PH 3387A this filter is small and provides good clearance on a SB Ford
