If it's my '41 you're asking about...
The front is GM clipped with 2"shorter springs, and the rear has de-arched leafs with 2" blocks, and it's on 710-15 firestones.
Probably more relevant are the measurements - ground clearance from the bottom of the front of the running board is 8", from the back of the running board to the ground is 6".

A little late to the party, but since the man partly responsible for the current stance of my car (NashRodMan) has posted his '41 Chev, I figured I should post mine, as it now qualifies for this distinction.

Yep, it's coming down further-- I've got a replacement set of coils for the front ready to be installed, and a planned de-arching for the rear sometime very soon!

 

My Mercury is a moderate taildragger.

My next serious work on the 39 will be to get the stance right. For the moment I'm still relying on Rik Hoving's photoshop magic.

At first glance I thought that was a shifter sticking through the roof, not a dinosaur head. Guess I've looked at too many Roth paintings over the years, LMAO.
