It's in early September, shouldn't be more than a foot or two. We are hopeing to have some things going on Sat as well.
This is a great show! I went last year with a group of about 10 cars and everyone is planning on going back this year.
From some of the comments that we got last year we are going to have: Club Parking, if they request in advance Flathead Only Parking (Not required) Two Bands, We wore the one out. Camping at the Park Maybe a Saturday night cookout or something Setting a cutoff of 1963 or earlier. A Swap Thing Parking for Muscle Cars on the other side of the Lake Boydster Looking Things in the Next County More Updates as the come.
Ditto! I was part of this caravan and it was a very cool show, great location and it was a nice drive to get there.
Why do you guys have your show the same day as the Hot Rod Hoe Down? Why? Why? I would love to go.. Spike
Dick, I don't think we've ever met, at least the name doesn't sound familar. We probably have run into each other at a show when I was back home. Anyway I'm originally from Erie and living in south Louisiana now. I saw your post and wanted to reply to someone from home. If you need anything for the show let me know. Is there a "cause" I could make a donation to? I miss the old gang of guys from Erie, there isn't as much going on down here. I started an annual show at the apartment complex I manage, but it's slow getting people involved. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help out. Marty
Roadster1923 Hope to see ya there. Spike As for the Date, I think thats where the Dart hit, come on over anyway, breaking a tradition isn't like breaking a mirror. Ya get 23 chicks or was it chickens----? Marty The only "Cause" is Cause we want to, the money we take in is for insurance, facitlty rental etc. Thanks for the offer. If you come back up this way give me a shout. We just posted the gig on a few forums and people showed up Dick
Time to Beat The Drum Again. Please save enough gas money to make our gig in September. Getting very good response with lots of New interest this year. Rolls and Pleats has told us they would like to do a shoot. We're hitting the Big Time and we don't even know what the hell we're doing.
