You guys let THIS thread die? What are you, a bunch of communists?! Lol.

Dogs and hotrods go together like soup and sandwich!

Cmon, let's see more mutts - and they're ALL mutts, even the pure bred ones. Mutt is a term of respect and affection as far as I'm concerned!

  12. This guy is my best buddy, also a really hungry alarm system (see avatar). I love this dude.

Here's my co-pilot (other than my wife), "Spike" . He's been going to events since he was 10 weeks old. He's a 4-1/2 lb Yorkie. The top picture is from the contents page of Streetscene magazine. The picture was taken at the 2013 Nats East in York, Pa.

Don't know if this will work, but if an image of a black dog shows up that's Cookie, aka squirt. Between last November and this May she first lost her big sister, then her big brother. We are adjusting and she likes not having to share the car window.

This has helped me a lot over the last few months. It might be long, but well worth the read.

first time Shela got into Beulah, @ the Humane Society, I let her in on the passenger side - she jumped UP and IN and crossed over to the driver's side, sat down and put her paws on the steering wheel spokes, looked over at me w a look that said - "oK, I'm ready, git IN, and LET'S GO!

and look where littl Whitney put he in her thank you drawing :) [ 2 years later ]

went to take Shela for a ride in Beulah to the Wednesday night car show here locally --

I have to pick her UP and put her IN to vehicles now -- [ can't JUMP up anymore :( ] -- sometimes I haveta lift her *out* as well -- I kin tell when, cause she hesitates, when I open the door for her --

Beulah has Volkswagon HIback bucket seats w a space between em -- weren't a problem before --

Shela fell between the buckets in crossin over to the driver's seat and couldn't git up outta that space -- took my wife and I both to git her outta there all right -- gonna haveta *fill* that space w folded towels or sumthin so that don't happen agin --

on the UP side -- we got to help several folk stranded today [ in the Merc ] and Shela was in fine fettle, as am I --

just got IN a littl bit ago -- vids uploadin - Shela snoozin under the kitchen table :)
