lost add-on turn signal instuctions

I lost my wiring diagram for that add-on turn signal that Speedway sells, the one with the little green light on the end of the switch. Any one got one they can scan?

I put it in that special place for safe keeping, apperently I lost my special place.

Thanks Mutt... Close but not quite the same.
I called Speedway a while back and they there best to describe the diagram, but said it was dificult to do without a visual.
I'll see if they can send a fax.

 

Just saw your post. I have a copy in the shop. I will try to get you a copy later this morning. I put these on a 50 Ford 2 weeks ago and they work great.
