Just a quick survey about what's your favorite primer surfacer. I'll be shootin over DP epoxy and the choices for surfacer today are mind boggling. I've been looking at Global D8005, but does anybody else have a recommendation?

    Thanks, Bob

PPG NCP 250...yeah, I know it's old and outdated...but it still works better than anything else I've found. Fills well, sands easily, levels decent...

    I understand there's a new NCP 270...but haven't tried it.

I haven't sprayed anything for a couple of years, but K36 is the ****! It's all I used to use, though it is kinda pricey. It lays down smooth and sands like ****er... I'm glad to hear it's still out there.

  5. Try the DPS 3055,it'll sand easy, fill very well and last longer than the K36.

NCP 270 and 275, comes in red or grey.
    you use NCX hardner 3:1
you can mix it with reducer and spray it as sealer.

    Its awesome.
I try everything- all the new primers that come out but I think that ncp is hands down the easiest to use... sand... and has a great track record.

Never leave it in your gun for more than a HOUR. haha.
