I've got a pair that I picked up a few years back for my 303 powered A. Fenton made headers for Chevy sixes, Ford flatheads, Dodge/Plymouth flathead sixes, '49-'53 Oldsmobiles, 223 Ford sixes, 265/283 Chevies, Ford Y blocks, and Studebaker V8s (I've only seen the Stude headers in an old catalog).

  3. Too bad Patricks of Casa Grande cant buy them to reproduce them like his other Fenton items.

  4. In 59/60 I had a set of Fentons on a 265 in a 36 Ford 3W adapted to a 37 Cad/LaSalle box which was further adapted to the orig 36 torque tube rear end. Weak point was the rear end.

so, like uh... how many "holy grails" are there?

    anyway?

  6. Wish I could find a SBC set without half to spend a million dollars for them. people who have them will never sell them unless like this for huge money.

  7. I ressemble that remark  . Remember me?

ahaha, there are always rare things...

but with stuff like that, i think its WAY more fun to find em somewhere than to pay $1200 and just hord shit on ebay...

i personally only have one piece of rare equipment (my sharp oolds intake), i would LOVE to have a set of these... but i would never spend the money, i bought the intake on the hamb, off a great guy that ive met a few times, and got a good deal...

Those are Savage's headers. He has LOTS of "holy grails", just depends on your religion.

I've seen a set of cast Fenton split headers for the sbc, can't be too common.

I know a guy that has a set of those. He has them in a small display case hanging on the garage wall. If I'm remembering right he said they were originally made for NASCAR
