Technical Anyone Have Experience Rebuilding 1959 Ford Electric Wiper Motors?

Hey guys, I'm, having issues with my 1959 Ford / Edsel electric wiper motor. I made a video detailing the problems:



She won't park! And I think I may have something missing on the internal mechanism.

 

There are a couple of Ford parts places that sell exchange units for about $109, try C&G Ford Parts and Concours. I went with a Newport Engineering electric unit for mine.
