Hey guys, I'm trying to put some ac in my model a, and it looks like the upper mount ac and alternator locations are covering up the heater hose ports. Can I run both hoses to the water pump, one on top and one on the side? Thanks, Jon 2015-07-01 18.18.34.jpg motora.jpg 2015-07-01 18.18.34.jpg motora.jpg mitorb.jpg

The ports in the heads are being used by the electric fan switch and the other by my temp gauge.

The water pump is on the "cold" side of the system....won't do what you want, which is get some heat.

Try the heads, either between cylinders 1 and 3, or 6 and 8. You should be able to fit a sender on the intake, and put the heater hose on the head.

20150701_202927.jpg Cant tell if you have enough room by your picture, but I have a 90° tight fitting just below the alternator. Its stainless steel and I had to grind the edges down then re-polished it.

Thanks for the pic. I'll see if one of those will work for me.

Anyone else have any pics of their setups?

    Thanks,
    Jon
