1933 Willys pickup for sale .Its a roller but includes the Chevy two 4 cyc that came out of it .Also has the air cooled power glide. cross member and battery tray. I may have the drive shaft too just have not seen it. The motor was less then 20.000 miles on it and has been sitting. $45,000.00 obo . There is not another steel 1933 Willys pickup anywhere that I have seen. If it sits around for a wile not sold. I will start to put it back together,paint the hood and raise the price. Picture with row of Willys you will see the truck as is today. Let me tell you a little about this truck . Dad built this in early seventies .He wanted a real 33 willys pickup .A 33 pickup truck was never made and less then 100 35 pickups were built. So dad found a mint 1933 willys and and a nice 35 willys pickup and put them together . 33 stock not boxed frame . 33 stock front end and springs with jeepster wet brakes added. 33 stock steering box. 33 stock rear springs 55 Chevy rear end that came out of a coachman auto clubs bantam altered. 12 volt converted Dad drove this over 1000 miles to the nates in 72 (made all the magazines)with a Chevy two 4 cyc end and air cooled glide. Around 1973-74 some ***#$$% broke into dads shop and stole the grill ,hood and windshield .Dad was heartbroken and just did not touch truck again till 1978-79 when he pulled the 4 cyc and started to fit a even fire buick v6 .He did not like the fit so it never got any further. The red velvet interior is pulled out and pilled around the shop .Looks like its all there but may not be usable .Just great patterns. I have a black windshield frame that needs gl*** its flat and easy. Come's with a near mint hood with Louvers that need painted . Like all the chrome the grill is old and could use a replate but is a super nice piece. Hood ornament is a repo. The hood that comes with it is mint .The hood that has been dipped with hinges intact. So it opens real smooth. Primed red oxicide after dipped .The hood should be scuff and paint. Chrome and bright red paint has great patina . Brought from Virgil Cates World Champion Willys G***er Racer. This Willys was the Cate's Auto Wrecking on Park Ave East (Rt. 430). Mansfield, Ohio Yard Truck Dad traded a coupe g***er for the Yard Truck .Virgil wanted back after the trade but dad already was building it. steel chrome wheel not slots shown.
