Just a couple of "boudoir" photos in the spirit of Valentines day. Miss Brookwood is modelling her new skivvies. Not really like lingere, more like granny *******...full coverage, no ******. The fun is in taking them off, right? "OOOOOH, block sand me big boy!"..." You really know how to rub a girl the right way"...
Looks awesome -- you gonna be running the exhaust through the bumper I imagine? Cant wait to see more.
Very cool rig, I dig the yellow dash and cowl. Will this be the color of entire project? How bout' a nice two-tone job? What's that white **** in your driveway, aint' got none of that down here in F-L-A! JT
Its good to see some progress pics of your wagon. I really look forward to seeing paint on her.... that yellow is one of my favorite colors
My Father had one..new.....for a company vehicle.....medium blue.... He had a new wagon every year from 1957 to 1964.... Big ole nice rides....lots of room..... Down side is ALL the sanding, blocking and body work...... Looks like you are making GOOD progress...
I have a 57 nomad that was hotrodded by my dad back in the 70's. It is stashed in his garage. The more I see these long roofs the more I want to drag it out and get it running.... I drove to highschool man it was a blast. Your car is looking *****en...
I really like the yellow color also. I think these wagons look great two tone. Yellow w/ a white roof would look great. Attached is a pic of my driver wagon. It's two tone (white flaked roof w/ House of Kolor copper.) Now i'm thinking about doing something w/ the interior, and will be changing wheels / tires shortly (too much chrome right now for my eyes, and going with a bit more whitewall.) Keep posting progress pics. Will be great seeing her come together. -scott notebom
Is this the wagon that had the whole frame/floor replaced with a later model Chevy? Looking very nice!!!
the lines on those just flow so well, and are perfectly set up for great 2 tone paint jobs! I would love to own one for a while! keep up the good work.
Thanks for the nice comments! The car is going to be two-toned...yellow body with white roof. I want to make the roof sparkle so I'm gonna try some radiance heavy pearl in the clear over a white base. I talked to the paint guy and he showed me how it should sparkle....I'll try a test panel to see what it looks like. Corn fed- yeah it's the car that I replaced the floor and frame with an 85 Caprice wagon floor and frame. Lotsa work but turned out good. Jerry and Jakespeed...it's not snow , it's salt from Bonneyville ...um yeah thats what it is ,really
Hey man , if you were thinkin' of gettin some pinstriping done on the dash, get the guy to do it now !!! looks great !
That's about the same stage as my 64 Impala, new engine, ****** and blocked a few too many times, getting ready for paint. I need to do some pics!
KoolKemp...I stretched the caprice frame and floorpan 3 inches...I got some pics but they are kinda bad...see for yourself...
Looks good Jethro ,I cant wait to get to Alberta,I have never seen a doner frame with so little rust!! Its almost impossiable to find a decent rear drive GM that you dont have to rebuild the frame before you cut it up lol !! Koolkemp
