A few back posts from another forum, then the most recent stuff at the bottom. I am going to keep this updated from here on out.

Pulled the front suspension, spindles, etc to leave bare frame rail:

    As of the 9th:

    As of the 14th:

Stock coils, old horn, bag cups that are too damn big:

Parts pile number 1 ( I have another pile of AC components and another of nuts and bolts):

    Tool cart and lame airbrushing:

    New shop light

Haha, as you can see I get side tracked super easily when working. Okay, first, I started working on pulling the front clip off:

And then I saw Chris between the radiator and the core support:

Then I pulled the AC compressor, and soon later off came the radiator, fan shroud, clutch fan, and most of the core support

Then I decided I wanted to try out my 10 doller 4 1/2" grinder from harbor freight. The rust hunt was ON!

Then it was time for the motor to come out. Thanks to my guy John for givin me a hand, it went easy as pie and was out in less then 2 hours

Firewall is extremely cluttered, even with the motor out of the way:

Last week I pulled out the inner and outer wheel wells, power antenna, most of the electrical on the firewall, and some other misc ****. Forgot to upload those photos. Heres the recent stuff

First batch of parts to be powder coated. I media blasted them a few days ago, dropped them off at the powder coater after work tonight before I went to the shop.

I still cant believe this water pump actually works. Finding a rebuild kit for this water pump is NOT easy

Ripped off the brackets, pulleys, wheels, do-dads off the front of the 390 as well as the intake manifold and some other ****

Hammer and chisel'd through all of the old plug welds on the p***enger side quarter

    Cut line

Cut it off in two pieces, I am making new sheetmetal from scratch since I refuse to pay 300 for a junkyard quarter

Top half will stay how it is, bottom half will be either dp 90 or I might try to tint some epoxy primer and shoot it flat pinkish. I dunno, wont be spraying for atleast a month

Did do the airbrushing, thats why its poop. The airbrushing on my air tank was done by my guy Chad, now THAT is cool. Let me find a photo. Until then, heres the new update.

First and foremost, I dunno what the hell I am doing with the motor stuff. I started tearing it apart to see what I could find - kinda teachming myself :thumbsup

Here's the 2nd batch of parts to go to my guy Ryan of SK, the Powder Coater

I tore down the block to the crank shaft, pistons still in der.

I dunno what to do with the exhaust manifolds yet, might media blast and highheat powercoat. What I would LIKE to do is have Steve make me a set of headers, but I dont think that is in my budget this year.

And here is my mess of parts from the engine

Finally got the blower box out too to reveal more surface rust

And here's whats left in the block
