Haha thanks. I keep looking at your thread and I'm jealous of you getting to drive your car. I'll be there one day.

Thanks. I most likely made the car a little on the heavy side but I plan on beating on it pretty hard once it's done.

If I quite my job, broke up with my girlfriend, and robbed a bank then I would say so. I was really looking forward to it but life happens. I'll be in japan for work anyways. This gives me one more year to get the car dialed in and ready to go. Hopefully I can have it running for some fall events we will see though.

Spent 17 days in japan and it's good to be home. Got back to work on the car. Finished welding the roll cage and push bar. Also worked on finishing removing the floor from the wheel wells and front tow boards.
There were a few holes in the trunk that I filled.
Someone put them in with a punch so It took a little work to clean them up.

Did some work on the front floor braces and the firewall. I ordered replacement front floor braces but they were way off so I just fixed mine.

Then I moved on to the firewall

The good thing bout having so much to do is you can choose what you want to do that day. Tomorrow I'm going to do the other side of the firewall and por 15 the top of the frame.

Good help is hard to find not a bad idea though. I think if I do another car I'll get the frame and body blasted, but I didn't think i would go this far with the car.....

Then I put a little por15 on the areas of the frame I won't be able to get to when the bodies put back down.
    Next are outter rockers
Then put the braces back in
    Then fit the floor
