    Are your roads really that smooth or just look that way at speed? Here in Montana its hard to tell blacktop from gravel.

    Hmm, never heard that one but, co-incidentally, the freeway was packed coming home from the swap meet yesterday so I took a nice country route. Long, but I was thankful.

    CT route 2 just repaved. Was pretty bad before. Took them a long time (3 yrs? Or so)

    Many roads here in CT pretty rough. Main road near my home worst part of my ride.
