Have a 1950 Styleline 2 door and wondered what the best kit for mounting 10 Bolt Nova rear. Have seen kits from TCI , Fatman, and Jamco.
Figured someone that has used a kit would have better input.

  2. If it has leaf spring pads on it, redrill the perch holes and it's a bolt in without a kit...

  3. When you say "redrill the perch holes" you are talking about on the rear end, right?

If the leafs are the same distance apart, you only need to redrill the locating hole. The stock one is about an inch and a half forward of center, The Nova one is center.
If the leafs are different distance apart, you need to cut off the original leaf mounts, and weld on new ones. Easy and cheap. You don't need any kit.
Actually I believe the Nova leaf mounts are the ones that wrap over the sides of the leafs, and may not work anyway. they use rubber mounts instead of hard mounting.
