I want to change up the interior in a 1934 Chevy Master Coupe I am buying. I will need to change door panels, carpet, the piece behind the seats, whatever its called, seats and trunk area.
    Anyone have any leads ?

    Thanks for your help.

  2. Change it for what? There may be somebody reproducing some of the OEM interior, but with a modified body they probably won't fit.

Find out who's the 'good' upholstery guy in your area and go have a talk with him... bring money, lots of money...

Not sure where you're located, but I do a lot of upholstery work.
You can also look at EZBoys, which is now owned by Lebaron Bonney, for Universal Upholstery Panels.

I don't really care for the color or design of the panels. The seats in it are out of a late model jag and the backs are too tall and stick out above the body. So I want to get a pair of lower back seats and change the color to a tan or camel color. I think that would look better in a red car. IF this project turns out to be more than a couple of grand then I will try taking the seats apart and shorten the backs a bit and redo the seat covers to fit.
The only mod to the car was the top being cut off.. It has a bolt on top that seals well. It is covered in a black mercedes material.

  5. Them are some ugly seats. You might look at a glide for that year car.

  7. Judging from your tag you're from Md. I've got a set of 80's era Mazda buckets that are grey and clean that you could use as is or have them recovered if you go to tan. They have headrests that can be removed and look far better than the ones in the car. Will let them go cheap, very cheap, but you would need to come get them or meet me half way somewhere as shipping would negate the cheap factor:D. PM me if interested............................Don.

The car is from MD. I am having it shipped to Texas where I live. All the pictures are the taken buy the person I am buying it from. Seats can be expensive to ship. I had a set of Mazda 626 seats covered in leather for a 67 RS/SS I restored and they were comfortable. It looks like after doing some research that I am going to buy my door panel boards and hardware from HAGAN Hot Rods and build them myself using Ultra Leather. I will have a pair of buckets covered in the same material. Ultra Leather holds up well and is easy to clean. I want bucket seats because I am going to make a custom console for Stereo head, door switches, a/c controls and a place to conceal a beretta.
Thanks for the offer on the seats.
