There were very few fenderless 33-4's built in the 60's besides race cars. By the 70's they were resto-rods and then Jake built his yellow coupe and Ewing's channeled hottie made hiboy '33's popular. I vote leave the fenders too.

Guys, Looks like I will do my best to keep the frame, but I will loose the fenders, but keep them in storage.
Thanks for the kind words and all the tips. I will be starting soon. Back in 1962 the owner at the time who I purchased the car from when down to chevy and bought a newly released corvette 327 and 4 speed, used a 55 chevy rear end and a ring and pinion/pumpkin from a chevy milk truck. Was a monster in 1962! I'm trying to get some more pics but having a hard time downloading. By the way I have that motor and trans too!!

Holy ****! That's a hell of a way to come on board ( you lucky son-of-a-gun!!!) Welcome to the Jungle! ......As noted , punctuation, proper verb tense, foul language, and detailed descriptions ( with photos) are a requirement for use of this site. If you follow "3W Larry"s lead, you'll be fine. ( He'll be watching too, so no slacking!)----------GREAT FIND!

You have discovered gold which will certainly increase in value in the coming months. Here are a couple examples to think about if you go the hiboy route.

Here are a few more for your viewing. Always keep the stock ch***is if possible. Leave all the holes and no need to box the frame for a driver.

Heavy chops are hard to see out of but have the look.

A finished 33 is just beautiful in my mind.

Thats the wrong car for you... That needs to be saved. Please dont diss***emble that car. Find a car that already has a TCI etc frame and no fenders. Its your car but we hate seeing old Hot Rods destroyed

You have found a golden egg. You have a period correct survivor. I would not change a thing! Clean it up and drive it or p*** it to someone who will keep it as is!
