Hey there i'm a young'n that eat, sleeps, and breathes classics. Hoping you guys out there will pass down your knowledge so i can learn as much as possible about these roaring and rolling time machines. Excited to be a part of this. Now to introduce my past ride, yes only one, and my current I got a 1965 Chevelle 300 Deluxe for my first car that i tragically lost last month I now own (but not drive (out of service)) a 1964 C10 LWB Fleetside That i am currently in the process of rebuilding the factory 12 bolt (will post a different thread with more info) I dont boast my knowledge of car because what i've learned over only 3 years of working on car doesnt scratch the surface of what is to be learned. I am all ears and will listen to every piece of advice i can use. My goal is to put as much knowledge about classic cars between my ears in my lifetime. Thanks guys!
Welcome to the HAMB,,,,before you get too far in your use of words..check out exactly what a "Classic" car is The HAMB is NOT classic c ars....
The term "Classic" gets bantered about quite loosely. The Antique Automobile Club of America has designated certain marques and certain years of those marques as true classics. To refer to just any "old" car as a "classic" kinda diminishes those that are in fact recognized as Classics. Don't worry, you certainly aren't the only person to fall into this semantic sand trap.
Ah i gotcha! I've just always said classic, that does make sense, different people see different cars as "classics" thank you!
I've been around cars all my life, that must make me a classic. Welcome to the Hamb, that's a good looking truck! HRP
