  2. Well, I've seen worse. I don't think Viagra is going to help get this one up, but if you have the time and the ground's not frozen why not? Usually they're the other way around, someone might want to patch it up, I see some rot to the bottoms but nothing super frightening.

Besides, we all saw on eBay the coupe-roadster Model A that had about half a roof with a $2,000 buy it now price, I bet that guy would buy this one from you...

Oh yeah. Looks like if it is a Ford, it's a Model T. I saved the pic and flipped it 180' to make it easier to look at.

Man...even if the roof is completely gone (okay, pillers and headers), it looks like there's some stuff worth salvaging. I think I saw a hood panel in the background, too. Frame and other bits might be close by.
I'll bet if you go out there with a weed whacker, it isn't as burried as it looks. Still several inches down...maybe a foot...but not hopeless.
It's a cliche, but cut the roof off of it...that'd make for a killer "before/after" photo when the car is finished!

Is it smashed or just buried in the grass and dirt? If its smashed, forget it.

I seen that coupe-roadster model 'A' also on ebay for a 2,000 buy it now. This one should be a coupe-roadster model 'T' buy it now for 4,000. :D

It looks to be a 26-27 ford coupe. I may be wrong but sure looks like what I have in the back yard. It's free. Won't cost anything but a little labor. Parts will sell even if you don't keep the whole body. Dig!

It's a 1926 or 1927 Model T coupe, if I was close by I'd have it my yard by now. Check out TRJ #17 for some inspiration.:)

    It's a 26-7 Ford.

If you dig it up, I have some body panels that might make bringing it back easier. Or if you don't want it, I'm interested in it. I'm just down the road from ya. Let me know your plans.

    And welcome to the HAMB!

I can't believe you took the time to post before digging.....;) I'd be on that like a duck on a junebug. My 31 looks rougher than that one. I know of an old Essex 2 door sedan sitting in the woods near where I used to live. I'm going after it when I get the chance. I think it's a 27 or 8. Good luck.

Hey, I know ya'll are after the body of this car, but I'm after the body of this guy.;) Yea, but he's mine, so don't even think about it. I'm not supposed to tell this to anyone, but he actually loves me more than cars:p I know, I know, every guys says that (well maybe not) but all I've got to say is he'd better love me more than this heap of rust. Oops..have I gone too far? Seriously, though-- I support his affair--cars obviously rev his engine in a way I just can't, and I'll accept it.

Are we sure this is a Ford? The turtle deck and "phonebooth" roof look '20s Ford, but the carriage line on the cowl is something Ford didn't do until 1928, I didn't think.
