Any front, side, or rear pics? Hard to tell how everything you've done has turned out in that pic.

Slick! Haven't seen this thread in ages, so forgive me if I suggest something that has already been mentioned. I think that perforated metal to enclose the headlights would be perfect and I would remove the badging from the center of the new grille. It is obviously a Lincoln, and would be kind of strange to have another brand being out front and center.

To be honest with you, this is one of the most classically tasteful customs I have seen in quite some time. Good work!

The badging has been remover and we have plans for some perforated metal around the lights and the rear will also be all plexi behind the grill and light, again there is a lot more to do but we are driving it like crazy now and have some other projects taking up our time, hopefully by next summer it will be finished

  17. Very cool! Check out a page I just started on Facebook called late '50s early '60s customs.

Glad to see finished pictures of this car, it really turned out wild, the rear grilles are my favorite modification, was so popular 60 years ago but rarely seen anymore.

If I was told this car was built in 1958 I would believe it.

Well back to working on it again, moved the rear plate down and finished the inner lips on the trunk and hood, and added a new body line to the trunk

    Awesome car.

My favorite part about this thread was reading everyone's comment on how and what the OP should do and him disregarding everyone and doing his own thing.

    Fuckin' rad.
