Possibly "fawn" or REAL close to your color, which was real close in early Nova's (62-67) They do have chromed clasp's.......
    Just food for thought.......

Yes. The webbing is what you need. It's been a few years, but I had to locate some Ford webbing for some recreation seatbelts with Dearborn Cl***ics. Aircraft style ? No, they weren't .... but my webbing shipped to them, got me what I wanted. I want to say Impala colors had an early 60s gold color.

  8. That seat belt planet color is camel tan wich I think is brown. Can the webbing be sewn with a regular sewing machine?

You cannot legally sew with any machine, without certificates. I was in the upholstery business for many years and we could not.

Looked on the Studebaker International site, their tan belts have more of a gold color to them. $29.95 each, chrome latches with a foil stude sticker you can peel off.

You can't sew webbing with a regular machine. It takes a commercial machine set up to handle heavy nylon 138 bonded thread.

Anther vote for SsnakeOyl--have gotten at least 8 sets from them in colors to match upholstery. Used to send them a swatch of leather and that's it.

Chevrolet had gold seat belts in the early '70s.

  17. I've been typing in anything I can think of but nothing,I need them to be a MAX of 60" long.

Snakeoyl website doesn't show any gold, your saying that have colors that are not listed?

  18. Juilianos copper looks like brown to me.my car is light gold.very light gold.my interior is white and gold flake.so I want a light yellow/gold.

Just looked at the Studebaker ones, that color could work but the belt is a bit long.may go that route

Their site says they will send out swatches of the belt material if you tell them what you are looking for. Maybe contact them and see what they say.

Call them Monday and they'll probably send you sample pieces. I think the camel is the color that the GM cars of the 70s had that looked gold.

  22. If you don't find anything else look for replacement belts for mid '60s GM vehicles. Some of them had gold belts.

  23. All good tips guys,I'll call them when I get a chance as well.

Yeah that tan cammel color looks gold but sorta like a peach gold/champagne? yellow would be solo YELLOW I think.my colors are gold like a gold brick type.

  24. Olds, Pontiac and Buick all had a nice gold colored belt. Not gold like gold paint gold but not tan either.

  25. My 64 Barracuda had gold belts with chrome latches, so check with the MoPar vendors, too.
