Event Coverage QUALITY OF SEDALIA SWAP MEET 9/11-12 ??

I saw there's a swap meet this upcoming weekend at MO State Fair Ground in Sedalia. I haven't had a chance to hit any swap meets this year. Has anybody been to this before, wondering if it's worth the drive from KC? Is it as big as the meet they have in Lawrence at the Douglas County Fair Grounds?

I've been going to swaps there for years but it is about 1/10th the size of the Lawrence swap. Takes two hours to cover it twice. I come home with a purchase or two but not much to fulfill my model A fetish.

 

Ok...doesn't sound like that big of a deal then, at least not big enough to make the drive. Thanks for the info!

 

My Buddy puts it on. He tries real hard to make it a good swapmeet, but he can only do so much. If you want a mid 80's Camaro fender then you will probably find it there. Some old stuff shows up, but not much. I tried selling there for a few years and couldn't make back the space rent. I live in Sedalia and don't go most of the time. I might walk through it this Saturday though.
