Just got this thing out of garage and down the road last week . Just looking at stance from side, is it me or is rear up to high?

Looks really cool. If it was mine I'd like to the outside diameter of the rear tire be even with the top of the wheelwell arch or just below it. By no means do I think it looks bad though.

Wheel arch looks right. Front dropped too much? Kinda looks 60's style.

Nice rake and the spacing between the tire and the wheel arch is real even which looks great to me.
Those itty bitty photos always hurt my eyes so I took the privilege of making it so we can see it.

The angle is just right. If you lower it the front and rear should go down together, otherwise I'd leave it. Looks good!

  8. IMHO, it's not that the rear is too high at all.
I think the front end is too low.
It's that the front tire diameter is too small.
Judging by your engine, it looks level.
A bigger diameter front wheel will give a more proportunate
look and the engine will slant downward to the rear.
    Just my $.02

Rears are 235/75/15, fronts 185/65/15 , so there is abit of tire rake

Looks nice to me. In addition to the rear fitting the wheel well evenly, I like the way you see the headlight detail from the side. I guess if you went to 75 profile in the front you pick up maybe 1/2 inch? I guess my two cents too.

The stance is cool ,don't stress to much, get it out and enjoy it for a bit. As I see it if you did decide to lower the rear you may need to go to narrower rear tyres or a wider rear to avoid the rub. Just need to keep the tyre tall to keep up the gearing.

Looks pretty good, but I think it would be better with 165 front tyres ;)

It's a matter of aggravating angles, to me at least. The stance is fine, it's a hot rod. What mullers it up to my eye is the rear axle brace/bone/ladder bar being white and going against everything else except the pipes (which look fine to me). If that was blacked out the rest would blend, and going out on a limb, you may also seem focused on that because you built it. We who do this **** look at everything completed with an overly critical eye. Bad*** sedan though. The only reason I could see to level it off a wee bit is if you end up ducking your head down when you're 1st at the stop light, the rake and the visor working toward limiting that plane of sight.

Seeing stop lights are not a problem!
I can live with rake, it was a comprised to allow rear seating other wise it would be alot lower
