Thanks Danny. But you know me, I'd rather thrash a beater any day. That said, I'm always in awe of the rides that show up for Shades. Lots of talent. Lots of beauty to behold.

 

Nah that's not Dannys' ole truck. Belongs to a friend of his. Gorgeous flatty powered ride.

 

Mark,that truck belongs to my friend & fellow club member Steve Martin,it's a whole lot nicer than my old truck but built along the same lines. HRP

Rain is not unusual at the Shades of the Past show, there was a lot of rain over the weekend,but the showers were intermittent and didn't last long. HRP

 

Went over Friday, but missed some of these cars. Thanks for posting them. At least, the weather was cooler this year. I bet Saturday was really nice, wish I had gone back.

Unfortunately, the swap meet was VERY lacking in early Ford parts. The sign of changing times, I guess.

Always good to visit with old friends and make new ones.
