    Are they all interchangeable?

Will convertible doors fit a 1954 hardtop?

I think 1952-1954 hardtop and convertible doors are all the same

That is what I was thinking all the photos I have seen they look identical. The fact that 54 fenders are unique caused some problems when I got a mercury fender that isnt the same as well as a '52 Ford fender that also will not work.

I have heard 52-53-54 front fenders are all different, but the door look ideintical. Same for the rest of the body more or less. I think the fenders are different because of different trim and grill/grill suround.

I heard from multiple people that the 54 fenders are also 1" taller.

That could be? Wonder where the difference is in the body? Unless 54 is torally different? I'm no expert but the cars look nearly identical

Mercury doors are also interchangeable with ford in those years.

From what I know which isn't much the bodies are the same. I can't see any differences. The head and tail lights fenders grill inner fenders and some trim stuff inside is different but that all I know.
I forgot about this as mercurys are even harder to find.

I think the vent wing windows are different on the convertible but the door shells are the same 52-54. '54 front fenders are different length front to back because of the new suspension that came out in '54, top to bottom height is the same.

Hollander say's the cowl is different between the convert and hardtop....but the doors are the same on coverts/hrtps 52-54 Merc and FOMOCO....the "strap" is different on the 54' - which is what the little door holder bar is.....from my experience with my 53 Vicky....the new 54 hood hinges were the best over the 52/53's.....think the fender box area there was different....

Wow guys thanks for the help! I really do appreciate it. Gonna pick up some doors this weekend and wanted to be sure they would fit.

I assume the vent windows could just unbolt and I could use my stock stuff. either way I mostly just need them to make sure I get the rocker and hinge support in the right place and the gaps all right so I can get the car welded back together.

If you wouldn't mind taking some quick measurements and a few photos. I would appreciate it very much.
