Thanks. THOSE headlights came with the grill. Paid 75 bucks for the whole thing, can you believe that? I have a guy that wants the ones you have here, and I've been meaning to ask you how much you want for them?

Wow. That car looks evil. Awesome motor, too. I like it when guys pick something off-the-wall and then make it perform to its fullest potential.

If you guys are interested, I'll let you know what it dyno'd at. I'm going to try to get a video clip of it on the dyno.

Of course we're interested. I don't think we could call ourselves hot rodders otherwise.

What are the rest of the specs on the engine. It is, I believe, a Poly, yes? How big is it, what cam? Anything else done internally?

It's a '56 Dodge 325 D500 (here comes the slew of "you're wrongs") Super Red Ram. (yeah, yeah, I know, that's suposed to be a hemi name. Except this is a one year only 4bbl version of the Poly that shared the name, and yes, the numbers on the block match that model for all you religious Mopar fans.) :)

Cam specs I can't say (the engine builder knows), custom JE Pistons, moly rods, etc. etc. The builder is pretty conservative, and says about 325hp. He usually guesstamates low, so I figure between 350 and 370. We'll know soon enough. He'll be doing dyno's in about two weeks. I'll keep you guys aware. I'm pretty pumped to go see the dyno and hear what it's voice sounds like. The headers are equal-length within about 3/4", so it won't loose any power there.

I love the stance of that car, but if I was going to adapt that grille to a Ford, it would have to be a roadster.
