Here is my 52 Business coupe. Traded my pile of 31' model A parts and a frame that I had started to build. Full 6volt system is there majority of the floors are pretty good with normal shot areas in the front floors, and the front of the rear 1/4. Motor turns over by hand though the Starter solenoid will not engage the starter. There won't be epic progress on this thing like others on the board, just keeping track of photos and progress. Plan to rebuild the starter tonight and hopefully start it new monday when I'm off. Then plug along on the rockers and rear quarters.

Tor apart the starter, cleaned it all up and it's working with a battery charger. Should have a running project Monday!

I spent a lot of years looking for my business coupe 51 chev. Love that the back windows don't roll down and the idea of some " go getter" cross crossing the country hawking wherever it was they we're selling. And the profile is perfect. I love that long trunk. Good luck on the project. If you ever drag race it you gotta fill the trunk with encyclopedias for extra traction..........

Good looking project! That's a great body style, and I personally like the '52 side trim, although a lot of guys remove it, if it were mine, I'd leave it on.

    Good luck with your build!

Looks like I'll be redoing my seats and doors in leather. My Paps sent me a box of leather "scraps" that are 3'x 4'6". There are 6 black panels and 2 grey. Best part is he has more if I need them. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1442965285.711423.jpg
Also have the stuff to start a dual master cylinder conversion. Started building some inner rockers and fitting the outer rockers last week, then worked to much the past 10 days. Should make some progress tomorrow and hopefully start the thing after a 10 year hibernation tomorrow. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1442966265.885918.jpg
