Customs Italian rebodied Ford at Hershey

Anyone get the details on this at Hershey2015?

 

Probably threw away a roadster body to build this one.

 

I would like to see more of this car, from what photos I have seen it looks really interesting, not really sure if it all hangs together just right but that is what intrigues me.

 

I looked it up on the Dragone Auctions site, and it appears to have been rebodied in period. Its early provenance is unsubstantiated, but its history is known since the '60s. The auction estimate is a bit steep at $475,000 - $600,000.

 

Right hand drive.....done in England?
