Started this project by taking the body off of the frame, cleaned the frame and repainted it. The car has new Posies rear springs and shocks. The front end has been upgraded with new springs, all new control arm shafts and bushings as well as front discs. The brake lines are all new and there is a brand new ECI dual MC installed. The rear drums were rebuilt. The firewall has been filled and painted satin black. The rear fenders have been welded to the body. The trunk was filled with the exception of the handle. The tail lights were filled because I was going to mount them lower on the body. I have brand new LED tail lights as well. I have the stainless trim for the car which is very hard to find and it is in good shape. The tires are Coker G78's 3 1/4" white walls and have 99% of the tread left. The seats are in the car but need to be recovered. I have Mexican blankets on there now. I have a new Offy dual carb manifold, (2) two barrel carbs with polished air cleaners, split headers, hei distributor and wires. A polished Moon remote oil filter. I also have a T5 transmission that was going to be mated to the car. New aluminum radiator and hoses. The car ran when parked but I tore the motor down to have it cleaned and honed for a rebuild. It is a 218 flat 6 which were a strong motor. The main body was primed as a guide for body work. The car does have some rust in the driver floor and the passenger floor (small spots). The trunk floor was cut out and the rear lower quarters had some rust, one side was cut out. The bottom of the trunk lid is rusted and will need to be replaced. Two of 10 body mounts will need to be repaired as well. There is no steering wheel. The tie rods need to be replaced. The driver window glass is broken and the windshield has a crack. All flat and available in the aftermarket. I have lost interest and really just want to get some of my money back on the parts. Just the mods in the chassis alone and the trim pieces are worth the asking price. I have more photos (100's) if you are interested. This will make a great custom or hot rod that is different from all of the Fords and Chevy's out there. I have a ton of parts including a 1950 Plymouth grill, new 47 grill bars, peep mirrors, etc. I am sure I missed something. There is no title, bill of sale only. Not hard to get titled in Texas. Feel free to contact me with any questions. The hubcaps in the photos are not for sale.
