I can't believe all the thousands of HAMB Members on here and not one of you went to the Bayou Round-Up...took any pictures or have anything to say about the Show.........is this a bunch of porch monkeys that never go anywhere......or do you just not want to talk about it.....Come on Guys......Did anybody go?
I took a few, awesome turnout for sure. I was very suprised. Steve and the Kontinentals did a great job
Just got home, took no pics. Donnie, where were you? Great turnout of cars, cool old venue. Friday night downtown was neat. Will definitely go back.
I got another contract from Ingalls and have to have it done before Veterans Day.....I tried, but couldn't get anyone to ride over Saturday...had a Car Show here in town and all my Old running Buddies went to it.......my Buddy Ronnie and his wife Avis had the Black 5 Window and Copper Roadster with Johnson's Hot Rod Shop......I really hate I missed it......but these jobs are what makes it possible for me to go to other events............
I absolutely loved this show. Great cars and easy to see them all. Friendly people. Great food and atmosphere. Downtown was good too. Cool music. Easy access. Weather was great. It was done right, hope they make it a yearly thing. Hard to describe it , just one of those things you just have to see.
It was definitely a refreshing change of pace compared to most (Houston/Texas) car shows in my humble opinion. Cool city, great food, friendly people, beautiful weather, and great turnout for a first show. LSRU is an annual tradition for us, I wouldn't mind making the trek to Lafayette to the Bayou Roundup every year as well...
A well organized show, loved every minute of it. The weather was perfect as was the music and food. Will be back next year for certain.
...been out of this to long, always looking for a reason to head down 10E and grab some boudin! Went to the Burnout in Houston, which was a lot of fun, a tight little show with great music.
