sorry you guys i got there about 11am we had about two hour drive from streator to get up there so i had to miss the pinup contest. here is a bump for you guys who misssed it.

 

Shouldn't matter what lot your car is in,both lots had cool rides in them and nobody was hanging by their cars anyways. Only time I went back to my car was to grab a extra jacket, boy it was freaking cold their.

Thanks for taking all the pictures Allen! As for someone not getting into the show.....it happens every year. Someone gets their feelings hurt because they want to park with cars that are HAMB friendly. I tell people if your "happiness" is dependent on where you park at our shows......you are probably coming to the show for the wrong reason. Our show is designed to raise money to help kids with congenital heart defects. I have no clue how to get this message out to the m***es. We are a 501(c)3 non profit registered with the treasury department. Details can be found at www.helpinghannahsheart.org If you are going to a show looking for trophies, accolades, or prime parking space - please go to a Good Guys show. We are not that type of show. Its all about getting together and closing out the season here in the Midwest. If you can't handle that, then I'm not sure what to tell ya. We are hoping to do the show again next year at the same location on the first Saturady in Oct. We will keep everyone updated. Thanks for all those that came to the show and battled the crazy wind, the volunteers who helped make the show run, the vendors, the Tin Butchers for running our swap meet, the bands, the motocross racers, everyone..... It takes a lot to put on this kind of show. We appreciate it. Seeya at the Retro Rewind in downtown Dubuque for vintage cycles, hot rods, customs, vendors, and fuel injected film fest. Jan 9 at the Five Flags Arena and Theater.
