Hard to believe but we actually won awards!

The show set a record with 1058 (don't quote me on that) cars, trucks and bikes.

We had 9 cars and won six awards, pretty good percentage 'ey?

Mama Rash, ***ton, Vern and Phil won four of the Top Five in the new "Rat Rod" cl***.

Monkey won one of the Top Five in **** Truck or whatever cl*** he was in, I can't remember.

And yours truly won One for "Fat-Fendered Custom".

    THEM! Tulsa = Trophy *****s

    Who'd have figured?

    Way to go guys!

I guess REVEREND JAKE and Norma are going to be hanging out down here in a week or so....Don't worry....I think the Rev might take back a trophy or two from us.

Maybe the "Best at keeping a secret" award, or the "Don't ask don't tell" trophy...or maybe the "It put's the lotion on it's skin, or else it gets the hose again" plaque.

    We'll figure something out.

  6. Gold Chainers! :p

Congrats Them! Tulsa, way to Spread the Gospel.

    Kongrats!!!!!!!

I was impressed how you guys "power parked" at an indoor car show. I've not
    seen that before.

Hey Rashy, It was nice to see the Chevy out of the garage, I guess you got the ****** repaired and built for speed.

    Happy Trails,

    Mick

    Dang,

Just got the cars back home. First (and last) time I've had to dive them in the snow/ice. Of course insurance and up to date tags would have taken some of the "edge" off my nerves.....

MarkX, we miss you dudes also. You sent a PM about 59 parts, I responded and never heard back. What up?

Boom Boom, Good thing they made that cl*** for us huh? :D

Tyler, StrayKat, maybe it's the lighting? I do think it had something to do with the parking job.:D Harder to see the ecological nightmare all our leaks were making. Everyone will be doing it next year.

Root, no, we haven't recruited, just got alot of them rolling this time. The only car that isn't truly a club car is the Plymouth which was built by Phil for a customer who let him show it. Phil had his Cheby enetered but was a little shy of making it. We have many more in the pipe.

PB, the Elky will be undergoing a radical transformation before it sees daylight again. Hopefully making it's debute at Hunnert this year. Returning to the scene of the crime....

Furbiscuit. We like to call that color "green".

Truckrodder, That is Lil Toot's truck and he did the striping on it. That's what he does for a living.

DV8. You better stock the cooler cuz I will be working in Orlando the same time Rev will be in Tampa and we will be converging on that little hunk of jungle you call home.

    Oh Yeah!!!

Are you going to be able to go to the swapmeet with us on the 5th? I'm thinking about hitting that early, (It's a sunday) and then maybe grilling some burgers and hotdogs back at the shop afterwards. Rev said there is no game that day, so they can hang.

  26. Only if Rashy can "***.";) Swapmeet and burgers...plus my vacation, I'm gonna be in heaven.

I think all of us were shocked our club brought home any kind of trophy, 'sept for Monkey...he's always been a trophy *****.

Powerparking: def. Positioning a vehicle in a con****uous manner, often projecting arrogance (mainly used in the goldchaining movement). Ya liked that Mickey? I thought it was nice to break up the monotony for a change. I hadn't thought about that until you said it Rashy, but I wouldn't be surprised to see everyone parking that way next year.

    Nice avatar Vern.

    We missed THEM! Tex***.

The car show was kool, minus the guys getting squashed and 1 killed by the Tuff trux.

The aftershow party was a hoot...ta boot.
