Who owns this 35-36 Ford?

anyone know who owns this coupe?
if,how can i get ahold of he or she?
i need to ask a couple of questions about the frame.

It's a 1935, judging by the fenders and the (early '35) lack of cowl side reinforcement.

Its a california car, thats the Southland drive-thru dairy across from the sheriff's academy where they hold the Mooneyes X-mas party. I think it was mainly members of the Panel Beaters CC parked there, i could be wrong though. Sorry, thats all ive got.
