They said on the news about 200mph.

P***enger said driver fled the scene, but the car was registered to the p***enger, he only had a ****** lip, but there was no blood on the p***enger airbag, only the drivers.

They havent said who it is yet.

    Two words come to mind....

The whole car only weighs 3K. Try V12, 365ci, DOHC newsman. Sweet carnage though. Dibs on the brakes

I work just down the street from where it happened. I've seen far too many exotics crash around here, a lot of hot heads thinking the car will do the driving. I had never before seen a crash where bits of engineblock are all over the place.
My fear is being hit as an innocent bystandard. I've seen out of control cars have headon collisions with regular joe's just drving to work.
This is for everyone with a "who cares" type reply to this thread.

Not the first Enzo to bite the dust....check wreckedexotics.com (have your popup blocker ON) for more. The lsat one I saw on there was cut in half and the driver was not so lucky.........

The operational term is "He ran out of talent".

Abe makes a really good point. We have to drive for the other guy too. Our old cars can really hurt us in a high speed crash. It IS traditional to get speared by a non colapsable steering column. Cell phones are my pet peave. I love the bumber sticker that says: I bet you'd drive a lot better with that cell phone shoved up your ***."

I turned 60 last Saturday, so I guess I've earned my cranky old man stripes.

Anyone watch the video? Those reporters are idiots. 1500lbs Enzo engine? There is no way the knuckleheads driving the car were going 200mph. 120 more likely. The distance from the skid marks to whats left of the ch***is will tell that story. From the aerial view, it looks like the road goes around a corner and over a rise in the road. By the look of the skid marks, it looks like (as they say in NASCAR) the driver got behind in his steering.
