Does anyone know where @knucklehead can get patch panels for his 1957 Belvy? He has been looking for about 6 months and can't seem to find anyone making aftermarket stuff....

My guess would be that, that would be a tough one, how about cutting some out of a some solid 4 door, doors or making some patches or just look for some solid replacement doors.......... in case you cant find any.

thanks guys... he is looking for the whole rear quarters if there are anyone that makes them... He had a set of panels made by someone that he waited 6 months for but when they arrived although they were in fact "new" in that they had never been installed or welded in, they were unfortunately really old and pitted.

How pitted and rusty are the patch panels he has? could you sand blast them and grind out the pitting? they might still be solid. any pics?

I don't have pics and likely that is what he will do, but he figured if there was a place who was repopping them it might be quicker to get them new metal.

Mopar's seem to be a lot harder to get stuff for than other brands. Finding good affordable patches for my 54 was pretty much impossible.

Seems like you should contact big M on here. He just did an amazing save of a Rusty 59 sport fury convertible, and has a salvage yard.

It might be easier if the model was spelled right. ;)
