Does anyone know if Ford offered the Edsel with a 15" hubcap and rim? I have tried googling this but can't get an answer. Everything I find is for a 14" and the ebay ones either don't say or are not specific.

Thanks for trying Jeff. I finally had two different Edsel club owners contact me and both said that no Edsel was ever offered with 15" rims or hubcaps, they were all 14". So i will either have to find another style of hubcap or switch to 14" rims on the car.

Bummer about that is 14" tires are getting scarce in those larger sizes.

If you have to switch rims, be sure to check the bolt pattern. I had a 58 Edsel Ranger 2dr and I had to change a rear axle. The salvage yard sold me an axle for a 58 Edsel but it fit a Ford. The axel I ended up with was from a 56 Merc.

My Merc is a 53 and built on the Ford platform, 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern. In 1958 Edsels were built on both the Merc. platform and the Ford platform depending on the model. Apparently in 1959 all Edsels were built on the Ford platform and my 9" rear is from a 1959 Edsel Ranger wagon and it is a 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern.
If I go with 14" rims my biggest concern is finding rims with the same or very close to the off set of the 15" Merc rims on the car now. But thank you for the info.
