Interested in if you had to modify the firewall to get that 8BA in there. I am putting one in my 31 Roadster and really don't want to cut the firewall.
You guys that live in snowy areas have guts, I can't hang with temps in the high 30's let alone single digits. I did section the firewall 5" by cutting material out around all the reveals to compensate for the channel rather than cutting the shit out of the firewall to clear the frame and engine, it's often overlooked which is fine with me as that was the idea. The radiator was also moved forward 1.5". It tends to smoke when it's dead cold but once the manifold warms up along with the engine that heavy exhaust cloud goes away.
