Just realized that the only Green thing on my car is the plastic battery disconnect knob so I guess I'm almost just like you :).

  8. @BIG-JIM the aluminum is exactly the stuff i used. the black trim i used did not have the extra lip.

  9. Looking good, Teddy. Really like the truck parking lamps!

  10. thanks!. i just need to get them in the right spot. when i hold them up there they look out of place. i think i need to paint them first, so they "blend in".

  11. Amazing how a little paint changes everything, isn't it? Not that my opinion is worth much, but I think they'll blend really well with the overall style & feel of your coupe.

Yeah I have a local buddy that just put one in and the aluminum looks the same but it's about half the size and the cover that I have has the lip and is not as stiff. It's also smooth where as the Juliano's is textured. He also had some of the fake leather and it was twice the thickness as the one I have. So it looks like it's a juliano's kit for me.

  14. i know you cringed when i put the L.E.D.s in. :)

    Not you too?:D:cool:

i like the julianos kit. the one i reused is 33[?] years old.
i did get a roll of the cover stuff recently with a bunch of stuff i bought. did you need it? i can't remember the color but i will check tomorrow.

  15. Did someone say Red Rims?

I don't have anything yet. I was looking for a lower cost alternative to their kit.
