I am looking into getting a car soon, and I've been thinking about going with a 4 door. I was just wanting to see some pictures to see what you guys and gals have.
Jimbo.. You will find a lot of "MoreDoors" available that are the cool years at a substantially less cost, and done properly they are very cool. I never cared for them when I was younger, but have become very fond of them in my older age. Your choice, and make it YOUR car....however you want. Generally I think lowered a lot, simple, and don't try to hide the fact that is has four doors.. work with it and you will do just fine ... Specific examples of four door hardtops that came from the factory looking very sharp are '56 & 57 Chevys, '57 Fords, a '59 Chevy, Olds, and that long roof style too. Good luck..
Thanks man. My favorite car, two door or 4, is a '51 Chevy. So that's what I'm hoping to find. I'm gonna start shopping this spring.
Here is my 51 Chevy 4 door, future full Kustom, back burner project. I chopped it about 6 years ago and sadly it's just been collecting dust since then. I hope to get back on her in the next year or so, after I get a shop built in my backyard. 243476 1719261821569 1238993444 31437397 1601620 o by droplord49 posted May 19, 2011 at 4:33 AM
