HI, I have been lurking here for awhile but haven't posted before but ran across a website that might be useful or at least interesting for someone out there. Alright, it worked when I posted the message so hopefully the 1's and 0's that control that site will work themself out and it will work again. It was (hope it will be again!) a great site but I guess you will have to check back later or just trust me, makes me wish I took more pictures of my own project while going along.
So is this your intro? If so it SUCKS.... Maybe you could tell us what the hell you're building since we can't see your site. Maybe you could tell who you are and where you are... Maybe you could post pics here... I know that's a lot of maybes but you have so far failed to deliver... You have been tried and found to be wanting...

I figured his truck to be a Chevrolet because of the S-10 and the Clark references, but I guess I'm smarter than the usual foul mouthed ass. Just because I don't constantly run my mouth and my post count up doesn't mean I'm not here. I've been here every single day since the day I first logged on a couple years ago. A large post count does not an expert make. Anyway.. I'm not here to defend myself, I'm just saying-the dude shows up with a relevent link (albeit a broken one) and a seemingly good attitude and gets shit on. Hell I tried to goad hin into just posting pics up on here, then they're here forever. There are some old threads that bum me out because the pics were elswhere or the outside links no longer work. Ryan has been awesome about maintaining the archives, well except for some of those old intros.... I think mine said something about long walks on the beach and sea foam Buicks....
Haha... there is nothing that will make me miss the drags this year, hell or high water... I will have NC BBQ with me... But I'll have to drive really fast so it gets there fresh... The funny thing is I start a new job in a week or so and I already laid out the dates I won't be there for my boss (VLV, Paso, and the HAMB Drags), and I told him I wasn't worried about it coming out of my vacation....
Well I tried the link and it worked fine. so it is valid and a very good site, Seems it is getting a lot of hits cause it exceeded the limits while I was looking around, so I will go back later.
Well it's "The GeoCities web site you were trying to view has temporarily exceeded its data transfer limit. Please try again later." again... It's probably the pics as GeoCities isn't great for bandwidth, your best bet is to at least host the pics on Photobucket or ImageShack...

Wow, I did not expect this much drama. No, I have not made an intro yet, sorry, do you want a "I like long walks on the beach and tea by the fire" intro, honestly I don't spend my time at home in front of the computer, I try to get in the garage when I am home and not being pestered by the family. When I am at work that is another story, but it might raise a few questions if I spent my shift typing away. Hence I was brief because I thought someone might find that site useful. I am glad it worked for some of you, guess the rest of you out there might have to throw the guy a few bucks so he can buy more bandwidth. Its not my site so I feel bad for flooding him but I guess that shows how much interest there is in this type of project. My own project is a 50 1/2 ton body on a 85 s10 frame but I thought I already mentioned that.
