Pretty close, But put in some measurements between the inner holes. This is a truck bell And a p***enger car bell And a truck bell with an car box adaptor on it. But @squirrel migth help, because outer holes looks chevy truck, and the diameter the ring around the hole tells if the resses fits in a SM420 or SM465 bell housing. And the inner diameter of the hole, on the non resses side fits a chevy car gearbox I'm not sure of the inner holes, yet.
this thread http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/tech-transdapt-adapter-numbers.78455/ has some dimensioned sketches of different old transmission bolt patterns, which might help you figure it out. Sure looks like it adapts some other transmission to the GM bellhousings from the mid 50s-up.
Looking a little around today, this looks like the best match for this http://www.novak-adapt.com/catalog/adapters/engine-to-transmission/gm/kits-cx/ It looks like an adapter for chevy motor to jeep T90 swap. I don't think it's for putting a jeep gearbox in a chevy, more like putting a V8 with a manual truck bell in a jeep with a stock T90 and tranfere case.
