So the other night my dad and I were just tinkering around with his stocker 1930 Roadster pickup when he came up with the idea to bring a little festive holiday decoration to the shop so I went home and dug out some Christmas lights we weren't using and started clipping them onto the car and this was the result. A 12v battery and a cheap Harbor Freight inverter and you could have a driving display. Like the way the red, white and blue fit in with today.

  7. LOL I would drive it like that. :D

A actually was thinking about making wreaths out of some model A wheels I got.

some say if it don't go chrome it. others say if it don't go put Christmas lights on it. yep, those little battery powered Christmas lights do the trick, if you keep it under 100MPH

I like the idea....however, my son rolled up about 500' feet of brand new Christmas lights last year into one giant ball for storage last year....little did I know!....it's like a roll of old barbed wire to untangle...his vision of 'wiring' is a bit different than mine on a car:eek:....think I better stick with my humble wreath on the radiator.

Uhhhhh.... Pushing the boundaries a little bit. Delete at will. 600 horse (raindeer) powered yard art. I think it was a 64 model...... Yeah. Collaboration for a good cause.

I put a 12 volt lighted wreath from a marine store, on the grill of the old Merc sled.
Seems our local police are not into the Christmas spirit at all
