    Dusty,
It is funny, I myself and 2 other investors Had been working on trying to buy all the remaining inventory On SARS 34 3 window project from Experi-metal for 4 months. There was originally 17 pairs of 3 window body sides left in that stuff. When Steve ended up getting it all, I contacted him right away and ordered a set from him, Also I got the back window piece that went all the way to the trunk lid. (there was only 5 of them) I was then going to sell off my rough original stuff and use the new metal, Until I realized that would be too far off track from what My build was all about. So I let a good friend of mine talk me into selling him the New SAR 3 window sheetmetal Under the condition that if he did not build a car out of it he had to sell it back to me. So Now I am back to Doing it the hardway.....LOL

@birddog I don't remember, 9 or 9500.00 but I had collected a ton of stuff for it...hood, grill, doors, seat, decent frame, spare roof and a ***le. at the time I sold it I got decent money, by todays standards it would have been a good buy. But it still needed a lot or work.

A damn fine starting point, it already looks 10x better with 35 wheels on it.

Rocky, you need to roll that thing outside, drink a Diet DrPepper and bask in the glory of a rolling hot rod.

We picked up some of Steve's body sides and door skins. We are making a Fuel Coupe out of it. Hope to have it on the track this year. I am still looking for a couple of p***enger door parts.

  28. Good Stuff!

Hey - am building a place up off of 385 - near 'Tomahawk Golf Course' - will have to come and see you guys next summer. I've got a 34 five window that will be done in a similar style to the Mooneyham/Sharpe fuel coup . . . bad-*** Hemi and all!
