cool little hot rod, we souped up what we had. The supercharged nailhead makes it extra cool.

That year of Chevrolet looks good, I really like those grill shells. The nailhead nails it especially with the supercharger. Where is this car now?

great ride - seemed most switched to small block Chevys, then here is a Chevy with a nailhead - dare to be different.

What a great car. Simple, focused and thus different.

Cool. Speaking of Tex Smith, have been enjoying your TRJ stuff Joey. Good work.

Noticed the ingenious plumbing in the cooling system.

  11. As the owner of a pile of 35 Chevy junk, I've wondered why the 35 seems less desirable than the 34, when the main difference is in the ch***is cross member.
    Anyone got any suggestions?
This Coupe featured here is as cool as any Hot Rod from that time. Its proportions are nice, its got cool go fast parts, its a *****in Hot Rod, period!
It would be nice to know if it survived.
The world needs more early Chevy Hot Rods. ;)

Here's a shot of Eddie racing at Neilson's "Salt lake Raceway" in the late 50s. Eddie Evans.2.jpg

Now, if SBC power in pre-war Ford hot rods is so popular, shouldn't Ford power be the norm for Chevys of the same era?;) Just joking---I do love the supercharged Nail Head and this Chevy coupe. Obviously a great combo both in looks and power.
