  8. Larry, this has become a great thread. Love the score and all the history. Trust me, a lot of thought has to go into a ride like yours.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts along the way, it's led to a lot of good history being posted.

The thread title will soon need to be changed to The 70 year history of a little California hot rod.

Ha ha ha! That was so funny my wife asked what I was laughing about. I explained it to her and.... crickets. Maybe she should have read it from the beginning herself.

I'm with you daddio, my wife is an addict about the soap opera The Young And The Restless (I call it worthless), couldn't get her attention if the house was on fire.
    I just don't get it.

  15. When you bust out like that, prolly best to chuckle and say you farted. Easier for them to understand.

You know she's a car girl so I figured she'd get it. She hangs over my shoulder a lot when I'm on here.

Besides, on the rare occasion I squeeze out a quiet one I always explain "When I fart I want you to be the second to know!" Then proceed to give her a great big hug so she can't get away!

It's my fault. We agreed I would bring my cat over for a play date. I've not yet been able to get there with cat in hand.

The wait is over (for now). I have bought the the T from Larry and brought it to Arkansas. I have to build a shop before I can make any real progress on the rebuild. I'll be gathering parts and start a build thread this spring.

I am proud to be the new caretaker of this treasure. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1450576852.977884.jpg

So when you paint a cat, is it customary to spray or brush? Or does that depend on if its a rat cat?? I am a dog person, so I am out of my depth here, help me out...

I'll start with a new set of '32 rails. Lots of ways to set up the suspension, but I'll keep it true to something that could have been done in the 50's-60's.
