Question about straight six headers?

Well That didn't work like I wanted it too!!!!

 

I know this is old, but can someone tell me how to do this step by step? Im a young cat with an old 54 bel air lowrider. I want to keep it traditional.

 

as far as splitting your manifold and rewelding it I have not had much success with cast iron stayin together but there are a few people on the hamb that sell reworked manifolds blue skys and old daddy for mopar and kansas kustoms..stovebolt for the bowtie crowd I have a fenton split on my flat six 48 and guys once you go dual you never go back

 

Damn, Jethro. Dual lakes for a straight six? That manifold is tits. Are those headlight bucket air scoops?
